Clearing a lot is mostly a logistics question. What has to come out, what stays, where the material goes, and whether the machine can physically reach the back of the property.
We walk it first. Some lots are a single afternoon with a Bobcat. Others need the trees taken down by an arborist before anything with tracks goes near them, because a machine pushing on a compromised trunk is how a tree ends up somewhere nobody planned.
Builders and property owners use us for the same thing from opposite directions. A builder wants a pad clear and the debris gone on schedule. A homeowner wants twenty years of overgrowth off the back half of a lot they have never really been able to use.
What the machine does
Grading, backfilling, moving fill and heavy material, pulling out root balls after a removal, and hauling brush and timber off the site instead of leaving it in a pile for you to deal with. If the debris can be chipped on site we will do that, which cuts the number of loads and the cost with it.
Bobcat and clearing work
- Residential and commercial lot clearing
- Brush, timber and storm debris hauled off site
- Root ball removal after a tree comes out
- Grading, backfilling and moving fill material
- On-site chipping where access allows, to cut haul loads
- Coordination with removals so nothing is pushed that should be cut
